Cheese store in the front, deli turned restaurant/bar towards the back. Decor embraces the Switzerland vibe in the area. Curds are broiled not fried, but delicious. Enjoyed the pretzel and cheese sauce also. Great selection of cheese sandwiches, cold or grilled. Salad was delicious with large portions. Kids enjoyed the half slab ribs for $10. This place is pretty cool, definitely with a check.

Good place for a quick lunch stop. Cheese Sandwiches are simple but the cheese is good. They have New Glarus beers on tap and other local and national beer options too, plus a full bar. They also have pre packaged cheeses and cheese plate option for to-go convenience. The staff were all attentive and exemplary "Midwest kind".
