If you don't want to be pleasant to customers, don't get a job where you have to deal with people. I felt as if I should have apologized for the inconvenience of ordering.
Even though I did drive through they are always, always cheerful and friendly and helpful. They have never gotten my order wrong. The food is always consistent. It's fast food so you can't say too much about that but again they get the order right and they are consistent
Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly to children.

Good food for the most part,but i realize when fries are old/cold they get rid of them by putting a bunch in your chicken basket,but when fries are fresh/good they don't put a whole lot in it,instead of giving me a bunch of nasty fries to get rid of them just throw them out and give me new ones
