Overall, we've had good experiences here—but only when they get the order right. I'm not that bothered with the order being wrong if they fix it—EXCEPT the management apparently insists that the driver ask for the sandwiches back when they bring the new ones. It left us with a strange feeling as if we did something wrong—like they didn't trust us and thought we just wanted a free sandwich? I understand if a customer claims their order is wrong repeatedly—but...
I had a delivery so I could have lunch at work and most pple order things on their sandwich they want or like...when someone doesn't like something you don't put that on their sandwich due to there could be a reason. I ordered cucumbers and instead I got tomatoes...
Very good sandwich shop, service is always nice and fast. I have no complaints, the food is good and delivery is fast. It also is decently priced, you get about an 6/8 inch sub and it’s full of meat and veggies.
