“I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers. Nicole has been very friendly and she is able to hustle to ensure fast service! Excellent balance!!! I refuse to visit the other BK after the service from Nicole at this BK!!!“

“We just went here for lunch while up in Kenosha for the day and everything was OUTSTANDING. We loved the environment. Everyone was so friendly. They have a patio where you can bring your dog. I had the cheeseburger quesadilla appetizer and it was so good. I'm not usually a chipotle person but it was just the right amount of heat. My fiancé and I shared the loaded fries and they were also good. But the star of the show was the corned beef tacos. They were so fresh and delicious. The corned beef is so tender and flavorful. I took a chocolate cake slice to go and can't wait to try that when I'm not so stuffed. We will definitely be back! My fiancé said he wishes he could go back for dinner tonight!“
