“I live in Texas and my grandma lives in Racine so for her birthday she wanted dinner delivered. I browsed DoorDash and seen Snaps so I called just to confirm what all comes with what she wanted. I wish I had enough characters to write all the good things about the service I received from Snaps just over the phone!!!! Their hospitality and warmth added a personal touch to my order. 10/10 for customer service - I hung up feeling thoroughly satisfied that we were able to fulfill her birthday dinner request.“

“I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers. Nicole has been very friendly and she is able to hustle to ensure fast service! Excellent balance!!! I refuse to visit the other BK after the service from Nicole at this BK!!!“

“Driving through and was wanting McDonald’s on my way to Indiana..this one did not disappoint! Hot, fresh fries and great Dr. P.! My mcchicken was superb. A not sat on bun? Unheard of until now! Thanks! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the drive thru speaker was iffy and was sitting there awhile before someone came and talked. Yum though!!!“
