We got in the drive thru line at 12:23 pm and were behind maybe 6/7 cars, expected some wait time. Just pulled out of the drive thru after getting one drink at 12:50 pm. I normally try not to complain but I got an iced chai that has absolutely no chai flavor at all. Not sure what went wrong but very disappointing to wait almost a half hour for a messed up drink ): the employees were nice, though.

Yummy drinks and great service! However, I didn't get all of my bonus points. Which is not the stores fault at all. The manager was helpful in letting me know the best way to go about remedying the issue.

Kid-friendliness: They offer many kind friendly options and are always happy to help you choose a product your child would like!

I Love This Spot. Always super fast and friendly when I come. For the most part, they get my orders right but it was very disappointing to receive an unidentifiable object in my drink today. By time I realized it, it was too far to go back. Waste of $10
