Can't believe how many times lately with worst service ever. Today took the cake. Ordered double whopper w cheese. Was charged on receipt. No cheese. There was ketchup all over the top of the bun was such a mess to eat. Barely any ketchup on burger. Fries warm at best. This location needs real management.... Sorry to say. It's a sub par BK at best

I went there at 9:30 A.M. today for breakfast but they were closed with a sign on the drive-thru speaker saying they were closed due to lack of staff. Here's the deal--there are people who want to work, but they need to be able to earn a living. What your sign should have said as that you are closed because you're unwilling to pay a living wage to your employees. Do you think anyone can live on $15/hr?
