I've had BBQ across the US and if I had to guess the brisket and corned beef were pre-sliced and held on too high of a heat which caused them to dry out. They were tender and had a good flavor, but the dryness took away much of what you'd expect. Everything else was very good. The staff and atmosphere is top notch.
The service is amazing!!! Our server, Brooke was dynamic and so helpful with recommendations. Everything we ordered was as she described starting with burnt ends and proceeding with so many options it was hard to choose. I am convinced anything on the menu would tickle your taste buds! The food and drinks are always top notch with fantastic service! Brooke is one the nicest servers ever and makes you feel like you are at home! Highly recommend for everyone to try the best bbq around.
