Mario's of New York Pizza is a food truck in San Antonio, widely considered some of the best pizza in SA, hands down. The dough is flown in from Brooklyn, NYC, where the water makes all the difference. The sauce is perfect—not too acidic, with the right amount of salt, authentic NYC Italian flavor, and quality tomatoes. The crust is perfect and ingredients are always fresh. Popular pizzas include the pepperoni and mushroom, margherita pizza, Prosciutto, the OMG, and Gerry’s pizzas. The deserts are to die for. The service is fantastic and the team is so nice. Pizzas are always accurate and efficient. Do not pass this food truck up; you won’t find better pizza in any brick and mortar restaurant. You won’t regret it.
