And they took the comments off their facebook page and blocked Being Still.... nice.... Seems sneaky to not leave a honest review up for people to see the conversations, but to only have the good ones on your Facebook page. Instead of having to go look in the review section to find honest reviews.“

“I had the roasted chicken, which was really good. My friend had the bacon burger, large beef patty with lots of bacon. The bartender DJ is just fabulous. The customers weren’t really friendly when I tried to play some music that I wanted to play, but I would definitely go back, but just for a good time, not a long time.“

“We stopped for dinner tonight. Patio is awesome. Our server, Karen was attentive, funny, and fast. We had the Wednesday special, 2 tacos. I make better tacos at home. They didn't come with rice and beans (which most places include) No chips and salsa included, we had to pay extra for that. They had no wings as there is a shortage and the tater tot nachos were cold and bland. We might go back when we want to drink on the patio, but not sure about coming back for the food.“

We come here weekly like clockwork now - before moving here it was my choice when I’d come up from IL to visit (when it was my time to pick) - for the Jacks, Ecto Cooler & the Parm fries but also for the EXCEPTIONAL service by Katie. She helps me navigate this large, fabulous menu & she has never steered us wrong. She is so knowledgeable, fast & friendly. I only wish every place had a Katie to accent a menu this delicious. “Good drinks, great karaoke and fantastic staff, both bartender and server. My wife lost her wallet and I went back the next morning to see if it was there. Dino dropped what he was doing to and went to great lengths help me and my 9 year old daughter who was tagging along, find the wallet. He showed me a level of customer service I haven’t seen in a very long time, and even gave my daughter a cookie on our way out. I will most definitely be back every time I’m in the area!“

“Celebrated my daughter’s 40th birthday at Double D’s. The staff were amazing. They checked in multiple times during the event, helped with planning the food and even assisted with the surprise!“

“Our family has started trying a different restaurant together every few weeks. We've driven past the Hideaway for years, and made this our latest pick.
Nicely surprised! Great menu with lots of choices! Everyone was satisfied. Server was amazing: friendly, attentive, and kind in answering questions and making suggestions for my dietary needs.
She kept our glasses full and the food came out well-paced and totally hot. This is so appreciated.
The atmosphere and décor, as one grandson said, reminded him of going up north. It has that feel and it's homey. The emphasis here is on the food and service. We plan to go back to try other menu items. A total winner in our quest to find new places with great food.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free items are a little limited, but the ribs, even without sauce were prime. There were salads too and a couple appetizers that would be if served with cucumbers instead of pita chips.“
