Outstanding service! I had a long day and last thing I wanted to do was cook after cooking and entertaining all weekend for the holiday. I was delivered the wrong pizza (these things happen) I called them up and they had offered to re-make my pizza. I’m not sure if they now normally use door dash, but one of their staff members came and delivered my pizza because they felt their driver would take too long and didn’t want me yo have to get a cold pizza. Used to love Pizza Hut- not so much anymore. Pizza was way too doughy for hand tossed and the breadsticks are NOT how they used to be. Doughy and not crisp like they always used to be. Delivery driver was friendly and the bbq chicken pizza was good but what we got was NOT worth the price!! You should’ve left things the way they were Pizza Hut!!

Driver ignored contactless delivery option and seemed irritated having to wait after we finally realized the food was here. Quality of the food has gone down over time and the dough was barely cooked enough to not need to go in the oven.
