“Aldo's is the right way to close out a day at Sand Valley. Farm to table done properly, not as a marketing line but as an actual approach to the menu. The pork shank is the play, full stop, falls apart the way it should and isn't dressed up to hide anything. Wine list is deeper than you'd expect for a golf destination in the middle of Wisconsin, real thought put into it rather than a handful of safe bottles. Atmosphere fits the whole property, low key but dialed in, the kind of place where you can talk through the day's rounds without feeling rushed out for the next table. After a long day at one of the resorts 6 golf courses, this is the dinner that puts a stamp on the trip. Aldo's makes sure the day doesn't end when the round does.“

“My husband and I frequent Grace's restaurant for the good food but most importantly the staff.Every waitress is friendly and professional and to start our day with lots of laughter and caring service is what kick starts our day..
