Aldo's is the right way to close out a day at Sand Valley. Farm to table done properly, not as a marketing line but as an actual approach to the menu. The pork shank is the play, full stop, falls apart the way it should and isn't dressed up to hide anything. We enjoyed a wonderful July 4th family dinner here after a great round of golf at Mammoth Dunes. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the 18th hole, which made the evening even more special.
