“Mammoth Bar is rustic but full of light as the day draws to a close. A busy bar, it does get a bit loud, so sit on the periphery if you wish for a quieter meal. Food was delicious! Pork shank was fork tender with a nice mustard sauce and mashed potato. Cheese curds were light and gooey with both a buffalo sauce and special sauce on the side. Service was just ok. Food runners were very attentive filling water.“

“We have been coming up to this area for many years and I am so happy that somebody took over that provides such nice entertainment. The bands are great. The food is good now, previously people avoided eating here because it was not. The tiki bar is reopened and a hit. New pontoon rentals were purchased. Keep up the great improvements! “We came in on a Monday night celebrating our grandparents birthday. We had quite a large group. Our server, Kayley, was very attentive and our food came out amazing. She even brought us birthday cake with candles and it made their night! Thank you for the excellent food and service!“

“When we got there there was only two people in the restaurant. The food was okay. The liver and onions were kind of bland unions were kind of burnt. I ordered pork chops and french fries. The pork chops were cooked well but they definitely needed a little more seasoning. Our waitress was nice polite make sure our coffee was filled.

Parking: At least 30 spots.“

“We were there on Wednesday June 5th. They had 2 large tables already seated. We had 9 people. We waited a short time for the waitress/bartender to get our drink order. She was very pleasant even though by now all the tables were full. All of our food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Gordies.“

“Haven't been there in a long time. Seems like they have cleaned the place up have service staff that's pleasant and efficient. This is a "home style" type place. I had the open face turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy which was very good and reasonably priced.“

“My wife and I enjoyed a DELICIOUS breakfast this morning!! The staff, Kim and the cook were excellent and extremely friendly and welcoming! My eggs and hash were perfectly done to my request and my wife's French toast was decadent!! We highly recommend this establishment and there are many homemade items. Definitely coming back!“

“The Culver's in Wisconsin Rapids is my favorite, and yesterday was no exception. I ordered a Single Butterburger with cheese & a Large order of French Fries. At the payment window I saw a special for a $2 Root Beer Float, so I ordered that after I paid (my side mirror concealed it). They weren't thrilled about my timing, and told me I should ask about daily specials before I place my order.
The French Fries were hot & cooked perfectly. The Butterburger was fresh, and the meat was relatively thick (exactly as advertised). I've received thin, crunchy, half burgers; and hard-cooked french fries from other Culver's restaurants, but never from here.
For the record: I don't blame the workers for disliking checkout addons. Every Culver's runs these checkout window specials, so that tells me it's Management or higher doing it. I think they should post specials at the order board, or not at all. Also, the marquee sign is so busy, I can hardly determine the flavor of the day, in the busy traffic.“

“I go to play bingo nearly every Tuesday. Keep in mind that bingo on Tuesdays does not continue during the busy summer months. The bartenders are very nice, and the food is great with decent sized portions. The atmosphere is on the trendy side. The bar seems to be very clean.“

“Shake are the best but something is up with prices. Sign said 3.98 for a jumbo shake, they told us our total for 2 was $9.90. Asked the cashier about it and he just said "you got the jumbo" and I again told him the sign says $3.98 for jumbo. Cue blank stare“

“We met for breakfast (4 adults and 1 child). We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and everything was good. Except for the biscuit (biscuits & gravy). You could tell it had been microwaved too long. It had definitely become an Elly Mae Biscuit. Note to the cook: Reheating biscuits too long makes them rock hard.“
