“Jim, Brenda, Jess, and Lars have brought new energy as owners and operators of The Mill. Everyone is always nice, the service is awesome, and the food is fantastic. Definitely check out the fish fry. They have awesome Walleye. And they just started a Burger of the Month, too! I had January's Burger of the Month, the Mill Mac, and I thought it was better than McDonald's.“
“My husband and I stopped in here on a whim on a Tuesday, and were extremely impressed with the quality of food! Nothing beats a middle of nowhere restaurant with extremely good barbecue! We shared large orders of everything and still had food to take home! Next time we’re in the area, we definitely will be stopping back again!“
“My daughter and I were traveling the back roads of Necedah and came across the sign for shipwreck Bay. wanting to try something different that we never done before, we stopped in and found a cozy little bar and grill in essentially the middle of nowhere. The view of the Frozen lake was lovely and the service was fantastic. Our server, Jackie, was pleasant and polite and friendly and all about engaging us in conversation. we ordered the fried pickles which came out rather quickly and they were very crispy and delicious. I ordered the Ruben sandwich with tater tots and my daughter got the BLT with fries and both were incredible. I was extremely impressed with the fries and the tater tots, neither were very greasy, and both were very crispy and cooked to perfection. moments after we arrived, the bar started feeling up due to a meat raffle in the coming hours. however, our server maintained a very personal touch with us and did not make us feel as if we had been forgotten. I would definitely make the intentional trip to return there in the future.“

“The food was Ok, there was lots of ingredients on my plate, but all tasted the same. I wish there were more seasoning. Also, after waiting some time, the food was not hot nor warm a little bit on the cold side.. friend of mine had a hungover burger that was all grey in color and same as my food just mellow. It looks like it was done on skilet, not grill. Service was good,“

“Went to Rank's on a Friday night for the live music. Friendly, enthusiastic crowd. Good music, food and drinks. Tried both the hot and the cold ham sandwiches. The hot one was delicious! The cold one was good, but the meat was extremely cold, almost frozen, but very tasty. The sandwiches came with fries or chips. Both were good. Will definitely be back!“
