“I was at this location around 9PM 8/22/25. There was an issue with one of the items that I had ordered. I spoke to the manager, a lovely young lady with glasses and blonde hair (didn’t catch your name. She didn’t have a name tag on). She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her the situation and she did the unexpected and that was to make it right and then some. I would just like to let either the owner or upper management know that this young woman truly represented the Culver’s business culture and she should be commended for her leadership at the store. I’d like to thank her again because she provided some of the best customer service I received at any type of establishment in a very long time.“

“Great food and friendly service! They generously provided a free Red, White and Blue pancake combo for veterans today. It was excellent! It included eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns and pancakes with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries. Thank you, IHOP, for honoring our veterans.“

“Drove here to New Berlin, even though I live a minute away from the West Allis one (but they ALWAYS make the food wrong). The man in the drive thru, Marcus, was so polite and attentive. Even though I had screaming kids in the car, he gave them all crowns and had the utmost patience. Thanks for making our day better, Marcus. Your kindness is appreciated.“

“I just found out about this place today and went there around 1:00 pm. I ordered #2 Smashburger for myself and The Archie for my husband along with fries & onion rings! I have one word that sums up the food. Yummy!! You won't be disappointed.“
