“My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! This place is great for a girls lunch or business lunch, A friends dinner or date night!“

“Just tried this place today. An all I can say it such a wonderful breakfast. My wife has a gluten allergy. They are very knowledgeable, know what there doing. An make your experience the best it can be. Gluten free French toast with in house made gluten free bread. It was delicious. Made the wife cry happy tears knowing she could feel normal. “I go here for a networking lunch regularly. I've never had a bad experience or meal. I do not know what they do to the creamed corn but it's magic. There's a balance of flavors I can't replicate. I've literally never had a bad offering there and I've had almost everything. The servers are also spot on. Go there!“

“I had never been to this place and our family met at Rochester Deli recently. This is a quaint little restaurant with really great food. It’s sort or hidden downtown Waukesha from someone like me who just happens to be passing through the area. We were all able to find something to eat from the menu. There were small children in our group that had difficulty finding something to eat from the menu. They eventually decided on plain hotdogs.

The adults had no problems finding anything to eat here. Each sandwich comes with a bag of chips and you can purchase a drink as well. Our group was very complimentary on the large lemonade from their cooler. I’m not a sandwich person but I found something from the menu. I love chicken Parm sandwiches and Rochester Deli makes one of the better ones that I have eaten. The bread was toasted perfectly, the tomato sauce had a nice kick to it and the sandwich was so delightful that I found myself taking smaller bites because I didn’t want to finish the sandwich too soon. I almost ordered a second one I liked it that much.

Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the atmosphere was quiet and family friendly. I would definitely recommend Rochester Deli. We stayed and chatted for awhile after eating and the atmosphere was accommodating for chit chat among our group.“

“5 ⭐️ Can’t believe we finally got around to trying Miss Molly’s this past Sunday. It’s only a ten minute walk from our house. To say the least, we were very pleased! Tried a number of different breakfast items (including French toast, yogurt/fruit, breakfast sandwiches and muffins). Each one was delicious. Service was friendly and quick for how busy they were. All in all a great experience.“

“I called another bakery (not National Bakery) that’s on Greenfield in West Allis, wanted to order a cake for the following week. The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice and told me I had to order online then put me on hold forever. So I hung up and called National Bakery. Boy am I glad I did. The lady that answered was so nice and so helpful. I got the most beautiful and delicious cake I’ve ever had. Really made my birthday special. National Bakery is my go-to bakery from now on. They have graciously donated to Children's Wisconsin's Miracle Marathon the past few years, and made sure dietary needs are met in a delicious and incredible way! The Mediterranean Catering menu is a true highlight, offering incredible flavor! Pair that with the incredible service Brim provides, and it turns into a match made in heaven! “It's really pretty in the inside when I first enter in. They also had really pleasant chocolates and really like the Birthday Ice Cream cone that I had over there. “From beginning to end we had a delightful dinner. The service was excellent. Our water was filled often. I had the ribs which were done perfectly and meaty!\nThey came with corn bread(I usually don't like but this was delicious and warm.) Cole slaw and Mac and cheese, which were very good also. My husband had the Thursday night pork dinner special. That came with a large side salad, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and wonderful crusty bread. We both enjoyed ourselves very much! We purchased two flavors.I think they are a little pricey so I don't know how often I'd buy them.We like the Gluten-free Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies. They are soft and flavorful. “I came into Noodles & Company just before closing, fully expecting a rushed or limited experience but I was blown away by how warm, welcoming, and accommodating the staff was. Naraiah greeted me with a genuine smile and never made me feel like a burden, even though it was the end of a long shift.

My food was freshly made, perfectly cooked, and served with the same care and attention you’d expect during peak hours. The team clearly takes pride in their work and customer service, no matter the time of day. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality so close to closing, and it didn’t go unnoticed.

“I went in last night while staying at children's hospital with my daughter. I got there 20 minutes before close, (which I hate doing to businesses) apologized and told them why.
I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta. It was fresh and delicious. To my surprise, they put 2 cookies and a rice crispy treat in the bag! It had been a really rough week and they really brightened my day.
All of the employees were kind as can be and I appreciate the thoughtfulness/kindness they showed me. Thankful for them for making me smile : )“
