I visited this yesterday and the staff was extremely rude. I purchased a small Mac & cheese and it was beyond burnt. I’m use to it being a little burnt but the entire top layer was burnt. So I walked back to the counter and ask the cashier ( Karla) could I have another one because it was really burnt.
She said that how it comes and I said I’m aware it’s typically a little burnt but this is too burnt. She says well I’ll get the cook and she can explain it to you....read full review
My cookie was hard , my spicy sandwich was burnt and I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweetened tea 😤😤
