Such wonderful service! This franchise is well managed by understanding, involved owners. My family ordered a large pickup order with special notes. We got a call to confirm the specifics. Our order was perfect on pickup, including a great discount offer. We will go out of our way to support this business.

Not normally for dinner, but I was hungry now and I feel better eating Cousin's sub than a greasy burger! Always fast, delicious and relatively inexpensive. If you like subs, Cousin's downtown Oconomowoc is great!

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted fantastic! If I had anything to complain about, it was just a minor issue that was swiftly resolved. The cashier seemed a little overwhelmed as it was quite busy, and I noticed the cashier forgot to give customers a cup for their drinks after taking orders while waiting on their food to be made. Even after my food was made and handed to me, still no cup for the drink, which I reminded her, and without any issue...
