Disappointed in my recent visit. Ordered regular size pasta and was given a small. Chicken was also extra dry. Didn’t realize until I was home. Overall not a huge deal but disappointing.

Food came out luke warm at best. They had 6 employees on and the gender-neutral bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Maybe the dirtiest bathroom I've seen in a long time. Old crusty urine on the floor by the urinal, and the floor looks like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Definitely won't be back to this store.

The quality of the food has gone down here. The last time I was here, I got buttered noodles and the seemed old and dry. Also wish they would bring back the brisket as an add on!!Can't reply to to restaurant reply. I did go to the link they "offered to make it right," didn't do anything to make anything right and was just a another place to offer my opinion. Won't go back to that restaurant.Bad customer service. Just lip service!!

Keith is AWESOME - I messed up a whole order on the app and he just fixed everything and made it absolutely seamless and easy while I was flustered and embarrassed about it. My mistake and he was more than happy to fix it all making my night so much better. Keith needs a raise!

Worst place EVER! Place is always dirty you’re lucky if you catch a little piece of toilet paper. Their new GM Keith is extremely immature. Degrading. And never shuts up. Worst hire he belongs at the circus.
This place sucks, the portions are small and they charge out the you know what. On top of that it’s super dirty most of the time. Maybe if the 4 guys standing around cleaned up the leaves, garbage and food on the floor this place would be mildly enjoyable. If you live in Oconomowoc you should boycott this place like I will from now on.

Ordered Mac n cheese. So cold it couldn't melt the cheese. Manager said they'd replace. Second order barely melted cheese. Manager followed up and said they'd make another one. I declined and choked it down. Won't return here.

Usually good food, but this time there was clearly a high level of cross contamination. It tasted like the dish was cooked in animal fat while supposedly being vegetarian. Please pay attention to cleaning as many non-meat eaters, like me, frequent this establishment.

I ordered from here for a team meeting for 18 people. The food was ready at my requested time, cooked perfectly even with adjustments/substitutions, no orders were missed and it was delicious. We will definitely be ordering again!
