It's a quite slow depending one who's working but everyone's nice and foods okay 👍
Met the owner, and advised I was completely shocked at the customer service provided at this location - in a good way! We go in often to pick-up a quick dinner from this location because of Josh! He's amazing and really loves his job! He's funny, and makes my night just a bit better when we are blessed enough to get him. AND - he makes a fantastic sandwich to boot! SUBWAY you should use him as a trainer! Way to REPRESENT Josh!!
Very kind, gentle man, positive energy. And cleanliness was 100%. Would come again. Best customer service.

Subway in Oconomowoc is a top choice for subs. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. One customer enjoyed a toasted roast turkey sub with kettle-cooked salt and vinegar potato chips and Minutemaid lemonade. However, another customer faced a service issue with a wrong order and lack of apology. Overall, the restaurant offers great food with friendly staff.
