Ordered a takeout pizza this afternoon and when I went in to pick up, the manager told me they had forgotten the stuffed crust. He asked if I wanted it and I said I preferred a stuffed crust. What he meant was they would remake my pizza and I could have the incorrect one free! He apologized and remade it right away and we even got free sodas while we waited. They went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely return!
Had a group event at the Oconomowoc Rocky Rococo Restaurant and it was enjoyed by all. TJ provided us with excellent service and Tala (of RockyCares) Customer Service Representative facilitated my getting my purchases recorded to my account for rewards. Very pleased with the total experience - food, service, place - all good.
Absolutely love this place! Workers were so friendly too!
