Arrived just as they opened, and they were out of almost everything. The oven was broken, and normally, I would be pretty understanding about this, but it had been broken for 3 or 4 months, and it would be another month before they might get a new oven. Management has had plenty of time to figure out an alternative plan.Also of note your food should be prepared on a clean surface not a discolored cutting board with knife marks in it that is wiped down with the cloth you use...read full review
Overpriced food, very small portions, & not the most friendly staff. Small selection of bagel choices. We were informed that their oven was broken. Hmmm. So, it was a learning experience.

Great bagels! Any time I am in that area, I make it a point to stop in. The sesame bagel is a favorite, as is the jalapeño cheese bagel. The sesame sliced with cream cheese and ham makes a nice meal. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly.
