Under poor management at this location. I have yet to get a menu item whre all the ingredients are there. Primarily the salads. Seems thrown together and rushed. Tomatoes not fresh total mush, managers need to take better inventory. Forget to.put items in bag. No croutons for soup, no utensils even though I checked box. You charge for certain items on a salad, if none available price should go down. Rip off!!

I had hoped they’d have worked through some of their discrepancies by now, but part of our order was missing. While the food was okay, not getting everything we expected and paid for was a disappointment. If they continue to request tips with this lack of service, they’re going to be surprised when they’re not coming in. From us, you have to prove your worth before you’ll get any type of tip from us.
UPDATE: ordered two bowls of chicken noodle soup for pickup. One was just full of deliciousness, the other was all broth with one single noodle and one single piece of chicken. What in the heck?????? We paid $20 for that?

Paid for a whole dipper got a half instead with no meat. My wife ordered a half chicken dipper with no meat got my money back won’t be back ever Obviously, another restaurant with incompetence Workers if that’s what you wanna call it

Terrible. My sandwich had a hair in it, and instead of the sandwich looking like it was nicely cut in half, it looked like they just tore it in half. I am a big Panera lover, but I will never come to this location again. Save yourself disappointment and go somewhere else.

What I ordered: 6 cinnamon, 4 blueberry, 1 everything, and 1 asiago What I received: 6 cinnamon, 4 raisin, 1 everything.
Consider replacing the staff (they were making comments about the size of my order). The portion sizes are also wimpy. Plan on multiple per person.
Ordered a dozen bagels and got home, only to discover that I was given 11. Of those, I ordered blueberry and was given cinnamon raisin instead, so 4 of the 11 were wrong items. I tried calling the store to resolve the issue and the phone rang for 3 minutes and no one answered the phone before it automatically hung up on me. $27.60 for the wrong order and no ability to resolve it. I won’t be coming back again. I suggest anyone else to go to Brueggers which is close by and competent.

service was nice but took awhile for a drive thru. I didn't like the 20 minutes wait time but is Panera must make tuna sandwich and Frenchdip sandwich from scratch. .Food was good but expensive. Not sure if I'll visit agian.

This place shouldn't exist at all. Not once not twice, all the time wrong order. No difference if I order online, from their kiosk or in person ALWAYS WRONG OR MISSING INGREDIENTS. I ordered more than twice because I thought making mistakes are normal once or twice but all the time. What are you paying for? I ordered CHICKEN salad and there was no chicken in it! 3 times!!! I ordered brownie there was no brownie in the package at all. I ordered chipotle chicken EGG avocado sandwich, there was no egg at all. Their attitude is worst than their mistakes on the food. I gave this place lots of chance since I like Panera food. But never ever again going to Oconomowoc location until the management will take some action. They should consider the reviews, since this place is just opened in Oconomowoc and have such bad reviews and all reviews are about the same problem!!!!!!
