Grumpiest manager & employees ever. Manager seems to make the employees grumpy. Cleanliness not a priority. May be why most other Quiznos closed. Not impressed.

I stopped there this evening to purchase a sub for myself and my daughter to split. Cleanliness and food safety was clearly not a priority with the employees. The girl who made my sub had long messy hair half pulled in a low pony tail. To even consider it a pony tail is probably false advertising. No hair restraints, I didn't see any hand washing. She did however put on gloves when I asked her if I could have pickles added. Overall, the sub was poorly thrown together. The time was barely 6pm on a Saturday and everything was packed away like they were closing. Supposed to be open until 7pm but I noticed the open sign was off when I was leaving. Very disappointing and do not plan on returning.

Turkey Ranch and Swiss was very good as was the Italian. Tater tots.. not so much. Go for the chips.
Last several times, I have gone the kids working say they are closed. They close at random times. Went at 6:30pm tonight. Have also gone before 6pm and 5 pm and told they are closed when I walk in and sign says open. The kid working said he must have not shut the sign off yet. Doors are unlocked as well. Happened last few times I tried going. Do better! I agree with others that this is not the way to do business. If you are "open" until 7pm DO NOT turn off ovens etc an hour before that time. Shut them off at 7pm. Please also address the rude teenagers who work there who seem irritated by needing to talk to customers. Saw someone try to go in after me as well. Definitely not an isolated incident. I will go elsewhere, which is what happens when you turn people away well before "close."

I was looking forward to the classic lobster sub. I was disappointed, it was all bread and bacon. Broccoli cheddar soup had no broccoli in it and was very salty.

Excellent food but half the time when I try to eat there the Oconomowoc location will be randomly closed for no reason. Google will say “open” but I’ll drive 20 minutes for a sandwich and they’ll be closed. Get it together and find some decent help.
