Busy, but just a 1 drink wait, and a good place is always busy. The family style coleslaw & German potato salad were fantastic. The rye bread had a salted crust, which was amazing! A generous portion of 5 battered style cod fish for $12.95. This was my second time there this week. I'll go again!
The fish fry is very good. Apparently, our server Courtney knew what I wanted to eat without asking specifics. I odered the fish fry, she said ok and walked away. She didn't ask baked or fried. Didn't ask fries or potato pancakes. She brought battered fish, not the baked I would have ordered. So we thought maybe baked wasn't an option? No, it is. She just didn't offer it. We had to ask for lemon. Then, we were able to flag her down and ask for the pancakes....

On the other hand, the fries that came with the dinner were very soggy and not salty at all. They didn't taste bad per se, but I would have preferred them more crispy.
