Sausage Haus has been part of all of our family gatherings ever since my folks moved to Oconomowoc 10 years ago. They have delicious fresh turkeys, steaks, roasts and sausages -- we like their hot dogs, Italian and brats -- and last week we ordered their broasted chicken and potatoes for a last minute meal. So tasty! Don't miss their baked beans, too. They're deliciously molasses-y and go perfectly with the chicken.

PUT SOME GLOVES ON. I see the employees always handling raw meat and items in the meat cooler without gloves. The place is also dirty. I’m shocked more people don’t get sick from sick eating here.

THE Sausage Haus has been an icon in Oconomowoc for generations. Honestly it should probably be on the List of Historic Place at this point.
So many great memories. From buying burgers and brats there with my dad when I was young to taking our deer to be processed. Walking down to get snacks and soda in middle school (Pro Tip: They always have intersting options) same in High School except driving haha.
It was nostalgic beyond belief going shopping for our annual 4th party with my parents, now in their 60, and stopping in to get my dad's favorite burger patties (They are as good as I remember as a kid).
P.S. They have the BEST jerkey on the planet but that also means it sells out in hours not days.

Great service! Smelled of fresh meats. The brats are made daily. Picked up some brats and meat sticks. Tasted yummy! Definitely be back to try other meats.
The Sausage Haus is amazing! Excellent quality meat and sides at very reasonable prices. Great family business vibe and you can tell everyone works hard to make a great experience. I also dig the atmosphere.
