I have been ordering from this location for a few years. I go probably twice a week. Always in the AM on my way to work, and always through their app. It’s always ready when I stop about 8 minutes later. My order is ALWAYS ready! Once or twice, my order hasn’t been correct, but the staff is always very prompt and apologetic when they have to make it right. My favs are the basil and blackberry drink, the lavender latte, and the BEST grilled cheese I’ve ever had! Management...
Loved this location! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and quick. They were out of my usual and instead of just saying they were out they offered a suggestion to change it up which was great customer service!
Nice newer location. Staff was very efficient.I will say that it always seems to be better to order in person as opposed to pre-ordering through the app…every time I order 20+ minutes in advance I still have to wait around when I arrive.A little brighter and roomier than other locations. Not a bad place to get some work done if you really need to. If you need to settle in for a little while, then you would probably use one of the coffee shops downtown that have a better set...
