Staff and food were fine, but management does not accept coupons mailed to Area homes. I sat down, loaded the Subway app, but app would not take the coupon code. and did not allow me the discount or ability to use a gift as method of payment. Manager did override of system to give me $5 discount instead of $11, & it took me an hour to leave with sandwiches!
My order got mixed up and I got a 6" instead of a footling delivered. I called the store, and they were extremely nice and accommodating. I was offered to get a free delivery of the missing sub. It was delivered very quickly with a complementary cookie and lots of apologies. Left me feeling like a satisfied customer in the end ❤️?
This is by far the best Subway I've ever been to. It's extremely clean, the food is top notch, and the staff couldn't be more friendly.To anyone reading the reviews, just eat here.
