“Value for money, this is the best Chinese buffet restaurant in the area including Green Bay. I have tried all the Chinese restaurants in Green Bay and Happy Garden stands out in taste and cost. All the negative reviews here can also be found in any buffet restaurants, even in high end buffets in Las Vegas. I agree the place needs cosmetic upgrade but that will increase the cost of the buffet. The only thing they need is to keep the place clean all the time.“
