I took my family to this Wendy's about an hour ago just to get my young daughter something to eat. It was not a good experience. After a fairly long wait at the drive through, the man who took our order was very rude, condescending, and hostile. I tried to ask him a question after giving my order, and he interrupted me to give me a lecture about how I was doing it all wrong (apparently, he thought I was trying to rush on to another order...I wasn't). Ordered on the app and waited in the drive thru line for half an hour as the only car present, didnt apologize for the wait. Took 10 minutes to have them answer me at the speaker.
