Need new staff. I cannot believe how slow they are. Waiting 15 minutes at the drive up without being acknowledged is not acceptable. Won't go there again.

The only improvement this Burger King should make is to just close the doors, the staff are rude, they make you wait fifteen minutes to order in the drive thru and then they are rude to you because you are frustrated and say OMG. Then instead of being nice and appologizing about the wait, they say they aren't going to serve me. That's fine, you lost another if not many more customers because of rudeness to the customers.
