I am new to the area and this is the closest shop to me. When I walked in Brett (owner) stood up and said hello. He was very welcoming. I am a Herbalife preferred member and have been to different nutrition shops before so I mostly knew what to expect. His first question was if I had been to one and knew what they were about.
