I only stopped in for the chili dogs. They were excellent. I'm sure their drinks are great too. If you need bread bags for your feet this winter, they have a pile of them 3 feet tall. Great view of the railroad tracks. Parking is limited, so get there early.
I can get a lunch here for under $10! Two chili dogs - using an approximately 100yr-old chili recipe - a candy bar, and a soda. It's a cozy and quaint little dive that non-locals should definitely check out - if only for the chili dogs.
I haven't ordered any alcohol from here - due to reasons involving driving - but I've seen some decent liquor and beer ready for serving.

This is a great place to go for the atmosphere and the people. Very authentic retro local bar with a simple menu. and the staff are awesome! you go there for the beer, the atmosphere and the people.š Yup, Karin got to get the door. Iām in the bathroom.
