The staff was very friendly and was very quick to make our order. Our two little ones were very hungry, so we decided to eat our to go order inside and the kind woman behind the counter gave us to 2 cup drinks for free. Life is very expensive nowadays, so it was a very kind gesture. The same woman even came by us and asked how everything was. I wish I remembered her name, but she really made our in dining experience very nice.
First time at Firehouse Subs in Oshkosh. In general, pretty pleased. The sandwich actually had some weight to it—good bread, solid amount of meat, and didn’t fall apart halfway through. Definitely better than a Subway.
Staff was friendly, place was clean, and they got the order right. Prices are a bit up there for a sub, but at least you’re getting something that tastes fresh.
Nothing mind-blowing, but I’d go back.

We had the N.Y Steamer and Honey Ham, the staff was super kind while taking my order one in particular took my order and made my order "flawlessly" and even asked if my kid needed a pickle which she didn't, the building alone was super clean and the staff made sure I felt welcome we will be DEFINITELY be coming here more and more again I would recommend you do the same!!!
