“Update: it’s been five days and I still haven’t received my money in my bank account. I called the restaurant prepared to be all upset, but they were very kind and really helped smooth things over and are going to deliver my pizza and they gave me a credit. I would not recommend the corporate customer service, but the store customer service is good.
Last week I placed an order. I was feeling under the weather and I didn’t wanna get the rest of my family sick so I ordered Pizza Hut through the app. I got the confirmation. I’m about 45 minutes later I was told door dash would be picking up my order and delivering it. About 15 to 20 minutes later I got a text from The DoorDash worker with a picture showing the sign on the door, saying the store was closed for maintenance. I called the store and there was no answer. I called the other Pizza Hut in town and they told me they had no affiliation. I tried calling corporate and they have no customer service person. The money was charged to my account. So I’m trying to deal with this on top of Hangry kids, on top of feeling sick. I filled out every survey I could letting corporate know what happened. I heard back from Wendy. She said they’re trying to get the store in order and she asked if I would accept a credit. I decided to go ahead and give them a chance. A few days past and I decided to go use my Pizza Hut credit and guess what? the store was closed again! I sent an email to the corporate lady telling her I wanted my money back right away. She emailed me the next day saying I needed to call the store and talk to somebody about getting a refund. I should not have to jump through 1 million hoops to get my money back for a product that was not delivered. When I call the store to get my money back, I was told they would look into it after serving dinner. It’s currently 3:40 PM.“
“Have been here many times for carry out, each time Iv been here they have been really nice to me and Iv never had any issues with customer service. Additionally the pizza is always really well made! I went recently and forgot my pepper packets and they went out to my car to ensure I didn’t forget them, above and beyond customer service!“
