My family and I would like to say a special thank you to the Jackson St Pizza Hut team - especially Mack and Dave - for the excellent customer service tonight. Our order was not correct (not their fault) and they still remedied the problem and got us our delicious pizzas & cheese sticks. They even threw in an order of Cinnabon rolls! Mack even called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied 😊 Thank you!!! We will be ordering again soon!!🍕❤️
I keep forgetting to ask her name, but every time I go in for lunch around noon during the week there is an amazing worker there! she always has the most amazing attitude, truly amazing customer service, need to give this woman a raise!
