Absolutely NOT! We went for a fish fry and the fish was awful!!’. i love a good fish fry!! i don’t know what this was. The fish taste disgusting, fishy!! i couldn’t eat ANY of it!’. They didn’t offer me another entree! He didn’t apologize!! He didn’t remove it from the bill!! Highly unprofessional! Highly unethical!!! No customer service whatsoever!!! Never again!’
Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. We have frequented this restaurant (Pewaukee location) many times over the years. We have always enjoyed the food, the quick service and definitely the drinks :)
We dined about a month ago and had multiple hiccups i.e. we waited 10+min to be welcomed and they came only after I asked the hostess as well as cold food. It was a busy night, so we chalked it up to it being an off-night. Not a problem.
