This is one of those places I forget is just around the corner, and I need to change that. Nice atmosphere, bartenders, and the prices are reasonable. No real options for vegetarians tho aside from salad.

Went on Friday about 12:30 for fish fry. Not to crowded, found good place to sit. Waitress/ bar tender friendly and timely with drinks and taking order. We got 2 fish Fry's. Fish, fries, slaw, tartar sauce all great; bread was dried out. All in all, very good! Will be back.

In town to visit a relative, wanted an authentic locals place - this is a good one. A nice older building, big parking lot. Food and drink list - while not long, is very good. I came for the burgers - but was recommended to try the smoked meatloaf, which came with “potato kegs” (a twice baked and cheese deep fried concoction … yes, it’ll knock a few minutes of your life - but honestly really good), and buttered green beans. Had a Wisconsin Old Fashioned to wash it...
