Cashier was so kind. I don’t know her name but she absolutely deserves to be recognized. She was so kind to my group and everyone else we observed her interacting with. Kind questions, actively engaging and didn’t get the order wrong! Food was normal Jimmy John’s(shitty and hardly any meat) but service was top notch. Get this gal some better food to serve!
You know what you’re getting here. At least it’s better than Subway.
I placed a pickup order to this location last month (March 14th) for a party and had the unfortunate luck to have someone else take my 3 thirty-piece party boxes + 3 custom sandwiches instead of their own catering order.
Thankfully, I had placed the pickup time about 45 minutes before the party started, so there was enough time for the staff to remake the order while also keeping up with regular lunch orders that came in. I'm very grateful for their quick and efficient...read full review

Jimmy John's offers fast subs, but inconsistent service. While some staff members work hard, management can be unprofessional. The new Caprese salami pesto sub is a hit, with an amazing first bite. However, some customers have experienced slow service and missing ingredients. Prioritization of web orders is a concern.
