Walked in to get a couple of subs for dinner at 445p on 4/8. Stupid gen z'r blonde employee told me "we are only accepting online orders" and denied my business. Whoever is running that store needs to check there employees.

This location is oblivious to customers with in-store/takeout orders. It’s been like this for a few years now. Today, I waited 20 minutes for a single sandwich. It would have been quicker to sit down and order at a restaurant. I will pass on this location.

We order frequently from JJ’s. Lately our orders have been wrong or missing food. Tonight just topped it off. We are a busy family, we needed a quick dinner. My daughter always takes a slim #6. Tonight it had provolone with guacamole spread all over the cheese. She actually threw the sub after taking a bite. She has food allergies, I’m just thankful it wasn’t something she couldn’t eat.We also ordered brownies. My last 3 orders have not had them. It’s exhausting calling and trying to fix dinner weekly.We did call tonight, and all they can do is credit our acct, but for story purpose, our last mistake was also credited, but never actually had the credit added.It’s a shame that this weekly staple might have to stop.

I like Jimmy John's quite a bit and would eat here much more frequently but this location often has long waits and consistently makes sandwiches wrong. Not complicated requests either, just "no mayo."Just make sure to check food before leaving.

The services was great! The manager was rude to her employees, loud at yelling at them and unprofessional. The guys were very busy and working hard!!! As a customer, I felt uncomfortable standing there.She should be lucky the guys showed up to work!

Good, consistent food. Extremely unfriendly manager/crew leader who can’t be bothered to deal with anything besides register or making food though, really ruins the experience when she’s trash talking customers the whole time.

I ordered a veggie sub and the cashier told me they were out of tomatoes. So I changed my order to a different sandwich. While waiting I noticed someone bringing out a brand new bin of tomatoes for the prep line. I asked the cashier why she said they were out and if I could originally get the sandwich I wanted to which she replied "oh well" and "no" I won't be visiting again.

I will never order from here again. After about 45 minutes, I called the store and asked on the status of my order; the lady said "It should be there soon." ...Well it didn't show up for another 45 minutes. Horrible service considering I'm right down the road.

Make my sandwich wrong not once but twice. Then the 3rd sandwich, absolutely nasty. Never again will I come here. Just unacceptable and rude. 30 dollars for garage

Freaky Fast My A**Ordered online at 11:40am and didn't get my food till 1:30pm. I can understand that some places are short staffed but literally almost 2hrs just for a sub is kinda ridiculous! I will probably never order from here again..
