So doordasher always misses my straws so called and the service over the phone was awesome unfortunately for whatever reason DD decided to use one 15 mins away rather than 6mins. Still felt like a shout needed to be made about the great customer service over the phone :)
I really did not appreciate being approached as if I was scamming Wendy's. They did not hear my order and when I explained that it was incorrect it was still incorrect when I received the corrected half order. The manager told me I would have to pay and I settled for what I received.
Their customer service is awesome they went above and beyond at the drive-thru window! The guy in the drive-thru was very nice when I asked about the old pumpkin pie shake! Their chip card machine malfunction but luckily I had tap, it was a good experience and would recommend going to this Wendy's! 😁
