I came through the drive-thru today for a single large Coke, placed as a mobile order. I pulled into lane 2 with no other cars in line. About 30 seconds later, a car pulled into lane 1 and was greeted and had their order taken first. Mine was taken after.
At the first window I was asked if I wanted a receipt, then sent to the second window behind that same car, which had ordered several Happy Meals and another bag of food. I waited 8 minutes there for one soda while 6 cars...read full review

I went in to order....every time I order a pie I have to wait 12 minutes for it! Why aren't more made ahead
