Food at McDonalds has gone down in my opinion. Not just this location.The person at the drive up window obviously he was having a bad day. Otherwise the experiance was a usual trip to McDonalds.

The most unpleasent and unprofessional staff. I have a car with a nonfunctional window. As I was waiting for my food, 3 workers started chatting. They assumed I wasn't able to hear them talk trash about the fact that I had to open my door to grab my food. The wait was also abhorrently long at 5 minutes as they're all chatting it up. I get my bag and there's 1 ranch so I ask for more. I then hear this girl who is in the group say "throw it at him." In summary... The wait was too long, the staff talk bad about their customers for no reason, and the food was trash.

I regularly stop at this particular McDonalds among many McD options along my route on days I head into work. The workers here (during weekday breakfast at least) are very attentive, accurate, and fast. The food is always well prepared too. I order on the app and my food is ready and waiting half the time, and up in moments when it is not. They easily outperform other McDonalds I go to regularly. It also still has soda fountains to fill your own drinks. I avoid the ones who have removed them (terrible idea).

This is the closest McDonalds to my house (unfortunately) and I am repeatedly amazed at the poor service and poor quality of food they present. My fish sandwich’s bun is often NOT steamed and often comes with a tough, obviously old slab of fish deep fried LONG ago. I’m sure they have staffing issues and hire ANYBODY since few workers seem to stick around long.
