This is a popular place, and now I know why!! There were long lines, but the crew was extremely efficient, friendly, and FAST. They quickly cranked through the lines, took our order within a few short minutes, and we had our hot-off-the-grill food and frosty mug root beer a few minutes after that. They quickly bussed empty mugs and wrappers from tables and tops of trash cans within seconds of customers leaving. The management and crew were excellent!! If we are ever driving through this town again, we will definitely stop. Nice job, A&W (Phillips, WI)!!

Very good service, the lady who waited on us was very nice, she was talking to my daughter and she shared stories of her pets who were like her kids. She was very nice and joked around with us till our food came out. We definitely rang the bell when we left.
