Absolutely recommend! The pizzas are absolutely to die for… but the cheesecake 😍😍😍 is out of this world.
When one thinks of the term “food truck”, one will often relate it with the smells of deep fryers and heavily salted foods. This is not the experience that you will find at Fork Five. When approaching the truck, the first thing that you will notice is the clean air and fresh food smells surrounding the truck.

Fork Five is a food truck that offers a different experience from standard food truck fare. There are no smells of deep fryers or heavily salted foods; instead, the first thing noticed is clean air and fresh food smells. The menu does not have burgers, dogs, or sub sandwiches. Instead, there is a yummy selection of Pita Sandwiches, including Steak and mushroom, several chicken options, taco, pork, gyro, and a delightful mushroom and truffle no meat pita. These use a beautiful blend of spices, herbs and fresh locally grown produce. There are also a variety of different macaroni and cheese dishes, cheesecakes, cookies and specialty lemon aids. All is prepared fresh by a gourmet chef. The chicken shawarma pita is a favorite, with chicken cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The Mac & Awesome is homemade Mac & Cheese with extraordinary seasoned chicken on top. Desserts are all scrumptious, but the homemade cheesecake is the best. The staff is always super friendly and remembers faces. There is a longer wait time due to high demand and orders made fresh on demand, but it is worth the wait.
