Second time I’ve been charged for a food item and then they figured out they ran out of it. While ordering they should know if something it out of stock. To get as far as paying for the order and then for them to realize they ran out of it is bad service.
This Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff? Amazing. The vibes? Immaculate. The wait? None. Every time I step foot in this store, my breath gets taken away. I aspire to be like one of the brilliant people working here. Susan is the sweetest human being. She always has a smile on her face. Ollie and Sasha never fail to lift me up. Don’t even get me started on that girl Destiny. She deserves the biggest raise she can get. Oh and we of course can’t...
