They were out of chai so they had to cancel my order, but then they came out with this drink that they made for me 🥹 I wasn’t expecting anything except a refund, but this was so sweet of them to do! I hope they know that their kindness was definitely appreciated.
I love the gourmet soft, tasty and one of a kind cookies. So many flavors to choose from, the cookies are always fresh and warm and the staff fills the orders fast! I highly recommend!
The store obviously has a struggle with coverage, probably due to the coronavirus and poor work conditions but they always do what they can to make the moment right. The drive thru always seems to be busy, so expect a wait of 5-10 minutes. The cafe, correspondingly, is busy early in the day and random times throughout the afternoon but is maintained and cleaned well. The store I can tell has a few new employees that are still learning and may mess up your drink or order occasionally....
