I want to start out by saying I'm not one to give bad reviews and I do like burger king. My sister and I had gone through the drive through and I had ordered a whopper. The person who took our order was very polite and the order was correct and piping hot. However when I unwrapped it the first thing I saw was a hair. My food is always great here. I only had one time where some buns were hard but I went back and they replace them with fresh ones. Prices and value are way better than McDonald’s in portage especially the service.. the two whopper juniors for five dollars are a great deal in my opinion and they always are hot and fresh
I'm going to start by saying I'm sorry to the young man working tonight (nov,27,24 around 8pm) l if I came off as rude. However I noticed that he was running just about everything himself with little to no help. I hope management passes off the gratitude I have for him doing everything he can. Thank you
