Older short women (assuming manager) is very rude and unprofessional. Refuses to make a shake, when any other time I’ve gone they have made it no questions asked. Be polite next time.

Ordered 2 ice cream cakes for our sons first birthday. One customized and one from dq selection of cakes. They turned out perfect and everyone loved them. Thank you :)

I have never written a review for anything before. The service here was so positive, I thought I would share. The three ladies working behind the counter were amazing. All smiling and social with the customers. Food was fast and very good. I will definitely come back to this DQ.

I've been here a few times a week and everytime I come, it's fast service, and extremely hot food. The place is a bit dated, but what they lack in seating they more than make up for it in service and food... thank you

I had a fantastic experience at the Portage Dairy Queen! The drive-through was quick and efficient, with perfect wait times even on a busy Sunday. The standout moment for me was the excellent customer service. Cameron, who seemed to be a high school student, went above and beyond. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude were refreshing and really made my day.

It’s not every day you encounter someone so outgoing and genuinely happy to be doing their job, especially during a rush. Her energy was contagious and made the whole experience that much better. Kudos to Cameron for her amazing service—she’s an absolute gem!

I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job, Portage DQ team, for fostering such a wonderful atmosphere!

Yesterday I had a not so great experience with an employee when I called the restaurant for a cake order, but I’m not here to make a review about that, I’m here so say how ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGLY the issue was handled. I reached out to the Facebook page and got a response within the hour, and my cake was made and ready to go 2 hours later. The owners were apologetic and made sure my boy gets his birthday cake and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve gotten cakes for my boys here for the last 4 years and even with the unfortunate experience I will most definitely be back after how attentive they were to the issue.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen in Wisconsin and it is family owned which is awesome! The food is great tasting and they have made renovations to the building. I love the new meal deal $7 and you get 3 piece chicken tenders with fries drink and sundae. Here is a picture of the delicious sundae!

This place has new owners and the people are so nice. I wasn't sure what to order as I have to watch certain things but was in the mood for ice cream. She waited for me to look up the nutrition and made me a Hawaiian blizzard special order. She was very kind and patient. It tasted wonderful and brought back a lot of good memories of going there with my mom and children. We went for Mother's Day one year because my mom had to work. She recently passed away. So posting a picture of Mother's Day years ago at DQ . Thank you all for being wonderful. So glad it has stayed open.

For being small town and what not. It's not very inviting. Or comfortable to be in. Food, I am biased I'd rather eat at home. All fast food is ?. But you do you boo. One last thing, it's very difficult to get out of their driveway and onto the main road
