This was my first visit to Red Apple in Portage. The server was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich which not many places have that but it is by far my favorite! It was really good and my daughter loved her cheeseburger and fries. Not to mention a heaping mound of cheese curds. If you're in the area or just passing through, it's a must stop!
We came here last minute because we wanted breakfast but it was more like lunchtime and we were on the road. It was DELICIOUS! We all finished every bite and left stuffed. The cinnamon french toast is a little smaller than the pancakes but it was yummy. It is a bit firm but really tastes good (do not judge it until you have buttered, syruped and eaten it). My sister came to town and we wanted to do dinner with my mom and aunt. Red Apple is my aunts favorite place! The service was amazing and super friendly.The menu is pretty typical family restaurant items. A range of breakfast to traditional dinners. Portions of the dinners were large. 2 people in our party ordered the chicken alfredo and 3 of us ordered burgers/sandwhich items and none of us were able to clear our plate.
